		<description>it obviously depends on what the setting of the sorenson caller was--if they changed the setting of the caller id from direct vp to local number then it would be the case with what you experienced--the default setting for caller id is direct vp which is the 866 number</description>

		<description>Not only is interoperability an issue,       I have an issue with them advertising they have qualified interpreters and I run into interpreters that obviously shows them scraping the bottom of the barrel. I know I can get my head chopped off for making this statement and some truth in advertising would be appreciated.</description>
