How to Set Up a Z Profile

1. Go to zvrs.com
2. Click “Get a New Account” on upper-right corner
3. You will see “Account Registration”

• a. Type your name, username, and email

4. Click continue
5. Create your own password

• a. Choice your security question
• b. Type your security answer

6. Location Information

1. a. Please set it as your current residence address (Dorm address OR apartment address)

   • i. XXX Nathaniel Rochester Hall
   • ii. Dorm Building Name and Room Number
   • iii. Rochester
   • iv. New York
   • v. 14623

2. b. Add 2nd and New Location
   • i. Your home address where you’d go home for holiday and summer
3. c. Ensure check that you are 18 years of age or more
4. d. Ensure check that you are deaf or hard of hearing
5. e. Ensure that you are accept the Terms and Conditions of Use

7. Click Register, there you are done
8. Click My profile on upper-right corner if need
9. Type your new username and password to get access
10. You will see Overview of your profile
11. To get process for order Z product, please click ‘My Contacts’ on left list
12. You will see blank or no list on your address book
13. How to add contact

• a. Click ‘Add New Contact’
• b. Type Name that you wish to contact someone
• c. Type phone number
  • i. Option(s)
    • 1. Video Relay Service (VRS) – means if your contact is hearing person, which mean you will need to use interpreter
    • 2. Voice Carry Over (VCO) – If you could use your own voice to talk someone but you will see interpreter and s/he will not use his/her voice for you but someone will hear your voice
    • 3. Spanish Relay Service (SRS) –
    • 4. Point to Point (P2P) – mean VP to VP like Deaf person to Deaf person
• d. You will need to set more than five (5) VRS and five (5) P2P to begin process to order Z product
